At Ayura Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. As our teas are consumable and hygienic products, we follow strict return guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, you may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product packaging was tampered with upon delivery

To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Return Request

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of outer packaging

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
    OR

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened or used tea packs

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
